Our training and improvement programs are designed in order to make our employees productive, increase their performances and improve BEST A.S. at the same time. Trainings that are particularly planned for our employees start with “Orientation Program” in order to ensure quick and easy adaptation to BEST A.S.; continue with activities improving capabilities of employees based on their performances, and lead them throughout the learning process. Our purpose is to take improvement opportunities in business life together with our employees. Training plan and budget are discussed every year with department managers and drawn up according to objectives and strategies of our company for the period.

Planned trainings are given to employees throughout the year by means of internal and external training resources. All trainings are deemed to be integral parts of career planning. We, as BEST A.S., support our employees in case they want to improve their academic careers with post-graduate or doctorate studies.
