Insulation oil used in our facilities are certified and of the quality which is in accordance with International Standards. Following the completion of manufacturing of transformers and reactors, the tank is filled with insulation oil as per specifications and standards. New oil is initially quality tested and processed through filtering and vacuuming in order to remove gas and water content and other particles. Once the oil is in accordance with the values defined in the standards, oil filling process is started. Following this process, oil samples are taken from complete transformer and all quality test are done. Following tests and analysis are done in our Chemical Laboratory with modern equipment:
