Inventory Management

This department is responsible to manage the storage of production materials located  in three different warehouses of three operating units; OSB/ASB Transformer Manufacturing units and Tank Manufacturing unit. This department is also responsible to manage inventory through ERP system. By using ERP system tools, we are capable to manage our inventory system on a reliable manner from incoming raw materials to outgoing final product.
