Production Management

The production management department, which runs with short term planning and programming tools to meet customer needs and to perfectly utilize existing capacity, also utilizes a specially designed program “ Resource Management” which allows us to make plans and alternative solutions from daily basis to yearly basis. The program utilizes all the resources used in the production and engineering departments. In addition, with the support of our sub-group “Work/Order Preparation”, we are able to achieve on-time readiness of all necessary resources on the operations under consideration.
